Dr. Madhurendra Kumar Singh, Indian Politician from Sitamarhi, Bihar born 16th October 1954 in one of the most prominent political family of Bihar. Father Thakur Jugal Kishore Sinha an emminent freedom fighter,Parliamentarian and is remembered as the Father of Cooperative Movement in India and mother Ram Dulari Sinha former Union Minister and Governor.
Madhurendra had an early exposure to politics due to the active involvement of both his parents in the Indian Politics. He entered politics in 1972, became an active member of National Students Union of India Bihar because of his inclination towards the ideology of Indian National Congress and further became the General Secretary of State NSUI & the National leadership in appreciation of his organisational skills promoted to the post of Vice President in 1977.
