Marina City is an American rock band formed in Chicago, Illinois in 2012. The band consists of lead singer Ryan Argast, drummer Eric Somers-Urrea, Bassist Arron Heiy, lead guitarist and vocalist Brian Johnson. guitarist Todor Birindjiev, and pianist and vocalist Matthew Gaudiano. The sextet started back in 2012 with their first couple singles When Friends Become Enemies and Falling Up & Breaking Down, before eventually releasing their first EP, The Wake of Dreaming. Their most recent release was Dreamers Never Die which which was released on June 27th, 2017.
