Mike Holloway (Born 7 April 1976) is an English guitarist, singer-songwriter and producer. Holloway started his recording career when he was a student in Sheffield in the UK. Holloway worked for Richard Hawley's studio and learnt to produce from both Hawley and Collin Elliot, Hawley's producer. The singers first band was formed shortly after he left school but after flirting with different styles of dance music broke up shortly afterward. Holloway moved to Preston and found work in a music distributor (MIDI UK) selling vinyl. After returning to his native Derbyshire for a brief time the songwriter moved to Sheffield where he found work in Hawley's recording studio, Yellow Arch.
