Ron Miller is an American sociologist whose work focuses on American Jews and the American Jewish Community. Miller was Associate Professor of Sociology at Brooklyn College, CUNY and is now the associate director of the North American Jewish Data Bank.[1]

Academic Background[edit]

Ron Miller earned his Ph.D. from New York University in 1971 in sociology. He earned his M.A., from the University of Michigan and B.A. from Brooklyn College.

Miller retired as Associate Professor of Sociology at Brooklyn College, CUNY and is the associate director of the North American Jewish Data Bank.

Miller has served as survey director and survey research director for many of the Jewish population studies now archived at the Data Bank.[1][2]
