Ryan Dingle (born April 4, 1984) is an American professional ice hockey left winger who plays for Coventry Blaze of the EIHL.

Playing career[edit]

Prior to his pro career, Dingle won an NCAA Championship in 2005 with the University of Denver.

At the 2009 NHL Entry Draft, on June 26, 2009, Dingle was included in a trade by the Anaheim Ducks that sent Chris Pronger to the Philadelphia Flyers in exchange for Joffrey Lupul, Luca Sbisa and Philadelphia's 2009 and 2010 first round picks, as well as a conditional third round pick.[1]

Dingle played with European team, SG Cortina of the Italian Serie A from June 2011 to the end of the 2014-15 season, wearing the Assistant Captain badge for his last season. Dingle signed with Scottish Elite League team Fife Flyers for the start and of the 2015-16 season, again wearing the Assistant Captain badge. Dingle rejoined the Flyers for the 2016-17 season and was the team captain. [2]

After two years in Fife, Dingle rejoined former Fife assistant coach Danny Stewart by signing for the Coventry Blaze in May 2017.[3]
