William J. Regan, a.k.a. "Billy Red" is an American musician notable for his work as the lead singer of the musical group, B.E.R.  Regan sang the hit song "The Night Begins To Shine" for the Teen Titans Go! episode, "40% 40% 20%" along with authors Frank Enea and Carl Burnett, fellow band members. The song peaked at number four on the iTunes U.S. Rock Charts. It also reached number nine in Japan, twenty five in Australia, and in numerous other countries.
